We attempt to ensure every order is dispatched as quickly as possible, however some of our products are "Made to Order" and will come with longer lead times than others and this will be communicated on your final invoice.

Standard delivery takes between 4 - 6 working days, depending on your delivery area code and availability.

"Made to Order" product delivery takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Bear in mind, these items are made just for you!

We do keep records of your NAME/ADDRESS and previous orders.

When your order is dispatched you are sent an e-mail to confirm that it's on its way to you. Included in this email is your tracking number and details of how to track your order depending on which courier company has been used.
